dreaded getaway

driving west in the morning rearview blinding as the early morning sunlight alights an unknown area  death stays your fellow escape takes the form of a dreaded getaway

Jars of sweet honey

effused with scents that echo

songs to lift the dank,

unexpected delights forge

such wonderful gifts from God.

Growth in others calls them to greatness as they rise uP

Refusing to die having not earned their crowd’s extolL

All should strive to see the greatest beauty as they livE

Conquer yourself and win your inner fightT

Ever always straining to be the best you can bE

Dusk falls on face until daybreak the dark back does
