Double flips come and go, back pain comes and goes

I don’t even know if it’s my turn, but here is a double flip! Anyone who wants to go next, can I guess.

It's amazing what just one lesson with a good coach can do. This past year I've been skating on the varsity team at my university. As much as I love being on the team, I've found it very difficult to progress, as we only skate 3 days a week and get minimal coaching. As a result, my double flip has been gone since the summer. Now that I'm home (just for a week), I was able to go see my old coaches, and after just one lesson today, my double flip was back. Lutz and loop were both extremely close. I'm hoping I can retain the progress I made today when I go back to school. I also hope I can get lots of coaching during the summer so I can skate my best at team tryouts next September.
