Thinking about the possibility of Jake being double jointed and it scaring the shit out of everyone besides Chris. Sherry gets used to it, but it always like “haha Jake please put your arm back in it’s socket, that’s not a party trick it’s concerning.” Chris isn’t scared because Wesker was too and though he didn’t use it as a party trick he didn’t seem overly aware of it. He’d do things like reach behind him over his shoulder to grab something when focused, it’d make this sickening popping noise and Wesker just seemed unaware. When Jake does the same thing with red bull at some point Chris just stares for a second before turning and deciding he’s not dealing with that. Leon espescially hates it, reminds him of all the mangled bodies he’s seen also it’s just gross.

was laying in bed this fine evening and suddenly remembered a random post by a hypermobile person explaining that they always used to sleep in a pose that DISLOCATED their shoulder because it was the most comfortable. and i thought to myself, "pfft- i could never do anything like that," and i remembered that they "flipped [their] shoulder blade to use it as a pillow"

guess what position my arm was in at that exact moment.
