Skookum and Old Skook, together again! "Imma lick his face"
It’s with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Old Skook today. He had a wonderful fifteen years of life, and taught Baby (my) Skookum so much about being a good boy and how to beg for pats.
He was such an integral part of our family for so long, it’s hard to imagine being at my parents’ house without him. He was the gentlest, softest snuggle bear you’d ever have the luck to come across. Although he will be dearly missed, it was time to release him from the pain of his failing body.
Goodnight Skookum, you sweet prince.
