oh, it wasn’t shots. it was jack and coke and then once i was drunk, jack on the rocks tasted amazing. so i estimated. but i drank al ot.

See, I actually can't drink any form of carbonation. It just makes me really sick. The only time I can even remotely drink it is in wine coolers, when I have the fruity taste and the alcohol to distract me, but with flavors like coke and sprite and stuff it just makes me sick. So I can't drink any mixed drink if it's not juice. Which explains my predilection for wine, lmao, and why I haven't done shots very often.

fdjkls;ldskjf THANK YOU SO MUCH, omg. I feel like I understand show!Rachel more than the people who write her, so I try to bring that sort of normalcy to the character. Like, the show is built on hyperbole which often extends to the characters, but with the pretense that it doesn't, which I think complicates the development; so I try to remove that hyperbole and realize her, to whatever success. I'm glad you like her though! I have this whole theory on how we're essentially similar people who took opposite paths of dealing with our insecurities, so it's going to be a stretch to find her this time. But I'm excited for the challenge, I guess, lol.

And, don't worry! Rachel won't be mad at Santana and Sam. She gets that they won't know. It's just that Sam is hers, and he's all her hopes and dreams, and all her self confidence, and seeing that with her best friend is going to kill her. Sharna has this idea of her walking in on them, and like she genuinely can't even process that kind of devastation. Gah, that's going to be so hard for me to write! fjdks;ljkfjdf

Sigh. I dunno, I just really feel like I'm messing her up. I can't seem to get into her head, so I don't feel like I'm writing her authentically. Angsty, insecure, failure Rachel I have enough personal experience to understand, but hopeful, idealistic, insecure Rachel is really foreign territory for me.

But, yeah. Did you read my giant post about RP!Rachel earlier today? It sort of defines how Rachel feels about Sam, and I think Sharna started feeling so fucking guilty when she read that, lmao.

Posted back! I'm, like, determined to write until I have a decent grasp on Rachel again, haha. But, yeah, I mean, that works for me. Rachel's pretty desperate atm, but still painfully idealistic, so I'm curious what's going to happen with Puck in her life. Also, I told Sharna, anything beyond flirting with Samtana is going to kill Rachel. Like, completely kill her.
