doubleflopflat THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I TRY TO PLAY BASS CLEF FLUTE PARTS WHEN I AM LOW ON SLEEP
So I just opened doubleflopflat's blog and I said something I never thought I would ever say....
"Ohh no, all the single ladies just ruined my quartet"
Hi Im sorry but Im really sad...I'm a violist. So my orchestra director just told me that I couldn't move up to the orchestra I want because she thinks I'm better off in the one I'm in right now. (We have 6) and I auditioned before school started but it didn't work. So I reauditioned again yesterday but she said no. I started two years ago and I'm a junior now. I didn't have much time to begin with, and now I don't have much time left. I can't stop crying but I know it's nbd. I...wanna give up.
that really sucks tbh but there are heaps more opportunities you have coming your way if you continue playing the viola. who says you need to be in that one orchestra? there are heaps of orchestras around im sure you can audition for and join! youth orchestras, community orchestras, national orchestras, there’s a whole world out there that’s waiting for you to join. take time to reconsider your path and goals you could take, you could perhaps even take up a new instrument if you start feeling like viola isn’t your thing! idk im really trying here to help just talk to me again if you need me please im here i want to help you!
