AIZKEFKEKZZKZI WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME LUUUUU 😭😭😭 im in class and just had the time to read NR chpt 10 and Im crying SO HARD. Like literally sobbing like a baby and everyone's wondering wtf is wrong with me 😂 Gotta give my honest opinion on this chapt: I KNOW that Jk is flawed and most importantly hurt and seems like he can't trust anyone, BUT the OC gotta be selfish and understand that she won't change his fuckboy ways. He lead her on so much, and the peer pressure must have been so 1/2

Hi there!! How are you? I just wanted to ask what's the big deal about saying the N word, because I honestly have no idea why it's racist to say it (I'm north african so my skin is not black, I'm on the white side with a slight tan every summer)

Honestly I find it hard to believe that you don’t know that non blacks using the N word is extremely racist and unacceptable. But in case you are really clueless and this isn’t a troll I’ll tell you.

The N word is a derogatory term developed and mostly used by white people to demean black people. It came about during  the time of slavery. Now you say you’re North African so I’m surprised you don’t know this. 

It’s racist because it was meant in a derogatory, demeaning way. White ppl meant nothing good by it and used that word to control us, belittle us and make us feel like shit. However we took that word back and gave it our own POSITIVE meaning and whites hate that. They don’t like that we took a word they created and gave it a positive meaning so they try to use it and throw it back in their face. Non blacks use the word to seem down and look cool but really it just makes them look stupid and ignorant.

And it may not be an issue where you live but if you come here you’re gonna be seen as a brown woman and you will get called out of your name. My suggestion is that you educate yourself on the history of black people.
