Everyone. Meet Doughlila. She’s the new kid on the sourdough block over here that I purchased from Dear Grain. I have my own made starter (Sir Loafs Alot) but I figured it would be interesting to have two variants going simultaneously. Let’s see how quickly she doubles up! 🙌
