THE ULTIMATE DURIAN DONUT I asked Chef Pamela two days ago if she can tweak her leche flan donut and come up with a variant that infuses my fave fillings — Bavarian and Durian! And just like that she obliged and delivered this Durian-filled donut flan! This version is for the ultimate donut lover which is filled with the same suprise Bavarian cream and fruity notes of the original leche flan but surely with a distinct burst of Durian flavor brought by real Durian pulp that has been added into the flan.
