SPOILERS To everyone who uses the "Slugpups for Everyone" mod (yes, it still works for Saint somehow): Saint has an 1.0 Slugpup spawn chance in Rubicon, which may mean nothing to you, however if we do the math of converting a decimal to percentage, 1.0 x 100 =100. SAINT HAS A 100% SLUGPUP SPAWN CHANCE IN RUBICON. This is actually intended, because, and I quote:

ALL SLUGPUPS GO TO HELL.
