Blinded by Love
by Tim McCarthy on Acoustic Chill
-
Summary: Oh wow, Blinded By Love, what a clever phrase, did you come up with it yourself. Okay, that maybe little mean, but everything about this guy’s presentation is bland, even his name, which I'll just assume is his fault as well. Fortunately the song has a little more bite to it, quietly strumming along building the tension up before coming to a crescendo. The acoustic guitar plays along, waiting in the bushes until jumping out with a bunch of serious chords and then retreating just as quickly.

What part of the movie is it playing over: The lead up to the final showdown between out protagonist and the sci-fi corporation that has been conducting experiment on a worldwide scale. Our crew of protagonists has to prepare their ship first which was ruined and now has to be repaired using good old-fashioned man power and basic mechanic-ing because that’s all they have left. They begin lifting heavy metal objects and welding where appropriate and slowly the ship looks like it once did, sort of. They all man their stations. The pilot pulls a lever forward and, after a sputtering, the ship slowly they begin to takeoff.
