i'm glad that you enjoyed it! where did you go?

I walked around a lot. 

On Saturday I did stuff mostly in the city center, including going around the University. It was also the CSD parade, so I stumbled into that. After the game was over, I walked around while it got dark and then went back up on the Panorama Tower and spent like 30 minutes there. It was beautiful. 

The next morning I had to get up early to get the tickets and then the thing ended up lasting until around 3 in the afternoon, so I went and got a döner (since it is right by the arena) and walked to Clara Park to eat it. I stayed there until the sky started getting dark and got back to my hostel right before it started raining really hard. I went back out for a little bit after it stopped and got some ice cream and ate it in Augustusplatz. 

The next day, I walked around after checking out of my hostel, and I had lunch at the Bayerischer Bahnhof, which was totally worth it. I had the regular Gose and then some with raspberry syrup, which I actually really liked! Peterskirche was like 5 minutes walk from the restaurant, so I went there and got to see that. Then I walked down Karli and ended up back in the city center. I also got some souvenirs for my family, and then headed back to catch my train. I really wish I could have stayed longer. I really enjoyed not really doing tourist-type stuff this time and just feeling okay walking around and seeing parks and stuff. It was better than my trip to Berlin, which we were basically herded around the city. Or even Stuttgart, where I was always kind of worried I would get lost and be stuck. I just found my way around. And that döner was so good (even more so because I hadn’t eaten since 8AM).

Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz is a type of law and they usually have long names like that. its just that german people feel the need to bump all the words together :/

I honestly don’t understand why anyone would create such a long word, like why make things so hard for yourselves? anyways, thanks for the explanation!
