Introducing Dr. Blume!

ABOUT DR. BLUME

He's the head scientist and would like very much to work literally anywhere else.

Instead of planes, Blume is more interested in botany.

He does anything he can to keep himself from making devices that are too evil.

He fused Green Hood with Black Hat's powers to keep BH from being a threat.

Green Hood is only a temporary vessel, and he's currently working on a device to contain Black Hat's evil permanently.

Despite his timid nature, Blume has a kind of advantage to Green Hood due to her instability.

Ta da! Here’s what I’ve been working on for the past couple of weeks.

Designs for the cast of my new swap AU: Delirious! It features the equivalent of Demencia being in charge of Green Hood Enterprises. A big part of it also includes her incapacitating Black Hat to use his powers for herself.

Left to right is Pestilence (the company’s totally unhinged hitman), Green Hood (the physically and emotionally unstable boss), Dr. Blume (the head scientist with a not-so-dark secret), and 7.8.7 (the local feathery cinnamon roll).
