Yeah, pelvic and femur fracture with retroperitoneal bleed.
T-POD's better. You should get it from Central, and mobilize angio.
Didn't know we stocked the T-POD.
That must be new.
Most of the time we can't get one trauma surgeon down here. How'd we manage two?
Uh, the sheet traction method you use is a little archaic. This gives a better hug around the hips and upper thighs... Sorry.
