Day 5 Post Op Reveal
I'm at a loss for words right now. The drains are out and everything looks so much better than I ever hoped. Apparently I'm healing very well and I haven't lost any of my grafts. There's minimal bruising and wrinkling, less than what I'd expect at this point. Almost the entire area is numb which is a weird experience. It feels like touching a limb which has gone to sleep. The post-op appointment itself was very calm and pain free. Dr Lam and his team are very good at their jobs. They talked me through everything that was happening and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I feel so incredibly blessed.
