Trying to fill out my doctor who script like:

nickname: the Doctor

age: ???

birthplace: ????

Made myself a couple of moodboards/phone wallpapers themed around my DR to get myself in the mood. They’re a lil crowded and chaotic but that’s kinda the vibe I was going for

Okay so for my Doctor Who/Whoniverse DR, I decided I am exactly the same as in my CR (still diabetic, still need glasses, etc.) but my mental health is fantastic and I’m more confident.

This is because I want my experience to be as authentic as possible, and also maybe if I see myself ✨thriving and vibing✨ in another reality I’ll be able to take a little of it back with me.

It’s also because of this that I’ve scripted something unusual — and maybe this isn’t the best idea, idk.

I’ve scripted that shortly after arriving in my DR I will temporarily forget that I have shifted until I shift back, and then when back in my CR I will remember again + everything that happened in my dr (am I explaining this right?). I will also temporarily forget watching the show.

This is because I know I would act differently if I didn’t already know about Time Lords and Gallifrey and TARDISes, plus the Doctor probably wouldn’t take me if he found out I was a shifter :/

I also don’t want to know everything that’s going to happen.

I thought I’d maybe use this to my advantage, kinda as my own weird impossible girl plot device. I can script that I remember certain things from my CR or the show’s canon that I shouldn’t know and I don’t know why I know them.

For example:

Talking about the events of 2020, despite the fact that it’s 2017 in my DR

Casually referencing River Song or knowing about regeneration when no one has told me about them

Y’Know, just something a little spicy to get the Doctor to take an interest and invite me on the TARDIS.

Maybe this is a bad idea or there is a better way to achieve this effect, I haven’t come across any examples of other people doing this so I don’t have anything to go on.

If anyone has suggestions on how to do it better (or safer, if you think it’s not safe) that would be greatly appreciated ✨

i love doctor who and you make me want to shift to a doctor who dr, now ive got another dr to add to my massive pile of things i want to shift to!! (not that im complaining of course)
