Molly and Circula were fused into one character whose main actions consist of having a strangely suggestive fight with ms. green and getting devoured by Phage for letting her escape
Ms. Green’s character was changed to make her more relatable, now her role consist mostly of screaming, running and crying
Dr. Mann is a heroic character who saves her from a steadily advancing Phleboto and explains in long-winded detail that the hospital was once used for dangerous genetic experiments, and the head doctor turned his partner into a mindless monster before injecting himself with virus DNA. then Mann dies a heroic death retrieving the baby from the maternity ward
Dr. Phage isn’t even seen until the third act, only glimpsed skittering through the shadows and addressing the hospital via staticy pre-recorded messages played over the intercom
in the climax it’s revealed that Phleboto was once actually the baby’s father and Green’s long-lost husband, and he sacrifices himself to destroy phage and the hospital and allows her and the baby to escape

Pics of the birthday card I made for Jonathan. Shoulda scanned it probably but I was too lazy. Really, I just wanted to draw Phage riding around on Mizer's shoulder and it kind of evolved into them hiking. You just know that Phleboto did all the legwork here, hahaha.
