The sushi menu changes weekly, so here are the maki rolls that i've tried so far:
$3 DAIKON ROLL = Daikon (a florescent yellow veggie) is the Japanese cousin of the radish. The roll was nice & crunchy, and not as peppery as a regular radish - great! $5 ASPARAGUS DELUXE ROLL = Fresh asparagus with an ever so slight smothering of Wasabi cream cheese - fantastic! $6 HOME FOR THE WEEKEND = Gravelox (salmon cured with dill), Red Onion, Cream Cheese, Cucumber - fresh, delicious, and overall perfect! My fav!!! $5 REAL SUNDAY MORNING = Wild Alaskan Nova Lox, Red Onion, Cream Cheese, Capers - flavor wise it reminded me of a Lox Bagel, awesome!
