this is a post about how Dip came to be in my Toontown lore, if anyones curious to know! figured it has enough story significance to get its own post

• Dip was made as a collaborative effort between a toon and a cog. it was made out of the same components as it was in Who Framed Roger Rabbit: acetone, benzene and turpentine

• this toon was affiliated with/worked for the cogs, and often worked together with this specific cog. they both made the Dip to deal with toons they particularly didnt like, and didnt want anyone else getting their hands on it without asking

• while the cog didnt show any ulterior motives against the toon they worked with, the toon still became suspicious that the cog was planning to use Dip on them, and so they eventually killed the cog to 'prevent' that

• without that cog there to help make sure no one else could steal the Dip, it was soon stolen by other cogs, mainly for use in places in the Cog HQs, such as the factory. the toon now spends much of their time trying to find ways to make themselves immune to Dip, including replacing parts of their body with cog parts, especially since they hate other toons so much

• no one knows anything about this toon or cog, particularly why the toon worked for the cogs and why they wanted to use such drastic measures against other toons, or how they ended up this way
