What I don't understand is why the #ANC Government can't Relax the Beaches restrictions to Open at least Weekends : Saturdays and Sundays untill 6pm. Prior to restrictions not many has frequented Fishhoek, Western Cape, South Africa Beach in any case. Swimmers like myself,our training are suffering due to this #DraconianLaws of controlling the masses. Barring us from the oceans. Shalom Aleichem. This law is essentially bullshit Everyone should be able to apply always not just vets, Vets should get first selection but this should never be closed to everyone.
