Biden suggests police could shoot assailants 'in the leg instead of the heart'

Joe Biden said Monday that police under attack should shoot their assailants “in the leg instead of the heart” as a way to avert the killings of civilians.

I am a Liberal Democrat.  Joe Biden is not; therefore, he does not represent me.

His words in a Delaware church were not taken “out of context,” as some of his Malarkey Army have “suggested.”  He literally called a knife-wielder “unarmed” and called for people to be shot in the one area that can be more fatal than a chest shot.
