Went to my office for the first time in about a year. I was scared to find cockroaches and surprised to find out that my former office mate did not steal anything from me. I looked at the empty bottle of wine on the bottom shelf of the bookcase and quickly dug into the box next to it. The box still had this now two years vintage bottle of Aldi wine that I purloined from a department function one time. I had actually taken TWO, but I accidentally dropped one on the staircase. No one was there to watch me which was good though naturally no one was there to help me clean it up either. Remarkable memories that softly haunt me.
