Peony - what is something that you wish your parents could’ve told you?
This is an interesting question in that it isn’t something I would normally think about. Throughout my life, my parents have told me many things. However, I don’t think there’s a thing that I wish my parents could’ve told me. I’ve never been one to dwell in things I wish I knew… but if it had to be anything, it’d probably be about something practical like how to balance a checkbook or how to raise a family of my own.
Windflower - list 5 of your favorite blogs and explain why i like them
Oh boy.. haha. I actually need to see who I follow first because I honestly don’t pay attention to who posts what, I just like the posts I see on my feed.
@spiritfilledwoman is someone I recently began following and whose blog is one I’ve almost instantly fallen in love with. Her content as well as her honest fervor for the Lord is something I admire and appreciate seeing as I scroll through my feed.
@whisperswithgod is such a God-fearing woman and I respect the heck out of her. I believe she has been someone I have followed since I began my Christian blog on this platform two years ago and from what I have seen, her knowledge of scripture, her love for the Lord, and just her never-ending desire to grow in the Lord is such a wonderful sight.
@praise-erupted This person randomly messaged me on this here app one day and not a day has gone by where I have regretted it! Though we’re from two completely different geographical locations, I have enjoyed friendship and the little things in life with this lovely human being.
@lione-hearted is so real in her posts and I appreciate each time she becomes vulnerable and transparent when it comes to her writing. She is so gifted in this area of creativity and, like the others, her love for the Lord cannot go unnoticed.
@undeservedly-loved is someone who is also so authentic when it comes to her blog and is also someone I have had the pleasure of befriending throughout my time on Tumblr. She’s not afraid to voice her struggles, nor is she afraid to voice her love for God. She’s one of few I’ve actually had the pleasure of seeing and soaking in the Word with in person and let me tell you, she truly is such a wonderful person.
Lavender - what is something that you’ve always wanted to be/have/get but can never have?
Something I have always wanted to be but can never have is being able to make a living off of being a singer/songwriter lol. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved music and I’ve loved making music. There was a point in my high school life where I began a youtube channel so I could upload and share covers haha. (I still cringe at this tbh). If i’m being honest, I’m mediocre at best, and I know I’d probably never make it, so… here I am left yearning. It’s fine though, I’m content with being able to lead others to worship and using this gift for the Lord instead.
Forget-me-not - who is your favorite blog who isn’t following you?
I am so unsure of who I follow and who I don’t follow, honestly. Sometimes, my tumblr will go through a dry spell and I won’t even know who began following me in the time I was inactive. I think one blog I really enjoy is @alethialov.. The content, the aesthetics, and just everything about this blog is amazing and I love it.
Boy, this was tough to answer! Haha, but I appreciate it. Thank you and God bless!
