A Study of Two Idiots in Love by LadyUrsa is now complete! If utter delusion, denial, and slow burn is something you enjoy then this one is FOR YOU! Two enemies (debatable) go on a world-wide adventure/ mission for the Ministry to investigate the surge of ancient magical creature activity. (Completed at the end of November, but I wasn't caught up)

I was going to wait and add this Fest on the next edition, but since sign ups close before I would be posting I decided to go ahead and include it in this month's. Found this under the Christmas Fluff tag, and it was indeed tooth achingly sweet. I love a good mutual pining and occasionally indulge in the Hot Ron agenda (when not paired with Hermione). The characters had an impressive amount of depth for a fic under 40k, and even though there was some slight miscommunication it felt really natural to the story instead of forced (how it typically feels for me).

I love strangers to lovers, especially when the initial chemistry is a blazing inferno. Their banter and meet-cute is so tooth achingly sweet, I absolutely adored every moment of this.

I really enjoyed the dynamic of this one, the banter is amazing and there is just about every trope you could want without it feeling like the author is shoehorning them in.

Let’s get into it, this month I read a mix of Dramione & MHA AUs…
Quiet Rapture

Remember when I said I was falling off the deep end in the MHA fandom? Yeah well I found a 300k+ Omegaverse fic to devour. AND I LOVED IT. Don't knock it until you try it.
A spy revenge 8th Year AU where Hermione and Neville are re-sorted into Slytherin, of course antics ensue. It had some really interesting takes on characters, and even had a rare Millie POV! It was a fun read
I found this on TikTok and just had to check it out! Izuku is Spider-Man and Katsuki is Deadpool, with a twist! The author blends the two worlds so well and I really enjoyed the awkward slow burn between the main characters.

This is a two part series (so far), with the second part being an active WIP that gets updated every Sunday. If you have ever wanted to try out something new, I highly recommend reading this series!

Apparently March is “do whatever the fuck I want” month, and I am presenting y’all with a fandom charcuterie board. I saw this TikTok [https://www.tiktok.com/@iara.png/video/7618966106664996116] and was immediately hooked. I’m a sucker for Rockstar AU’s and already have multiple HP band AU’s and a MHA Battle of the Band AU in my head (Deku vs Bakugo obv) while I was watching MHA. And frankly, you can’t tell me that DxB isn’t Drarry coded.
So yeah, all around good shit and highly recommend. I’m new to this ship (literally haven’t even finished the show yet so don’t spoil I’m on season 6) so what do I call them?
Dekugo? Dekumite?
Katzuku? Bakudoria? Midorikugo?
I think my favorite is Katzuku

The first chapter of this one hit me so hard in the feels, and every chapter after that had me blushing, kicking my feet, and nearly screaming at these two nerds. The author does such a good job portraying their affection while also making it clear they are both oblivious idiots.
