It hadn’t exactly been the easiest transition to life in an apartment, especially when her pet dragon had gotten big enough that people actually noticed it. Lina hadn’t meant to hide it from her landlord, but there hadn’t been anything on the agreement about a fee for dragons. Tatsu Mizu didn’t pose that much of a damage threat in her mind, she had trained the dragon to do a wide range of things that both cats and dogs did so that it wouldn’t be such an imposition. But the landlord hadn’t seen it that way, and since she was not great at English, she had resigned herself to paying the fee.

“Are you hungry, Tatsu?” she asked, when she finally returned to her apartment. But when she got there the window was open. At first Lina panicked: Tatsu Mizu had left! When she came closer though she realized that the dragon was merely sitting on the window sill, red scales glistening next to another color.

“What that Tatsu?” She asked, coming over to the window. On the window sill sat another dragon about the size of Tatsu.

“Ohayou!” Lina said to the dragon, bowing her head. “Do you live here too?” She asked.

Glohanad and Gleswen:// Close RP

As always, the sun was just coming up at their backs as the Ashworth brothers entered the pens for the dragons. The room was kept at the right temperature for their two water dragons, and there were a few pools scattered about as well. Rex immediately went to the light switches and then to the feeding fridges, pulling out the days food rations. Angus on the other hand, hovered at the door, not really excited about starting work.

“Hey Glohanad! Did you and Gleswen have a good night?” he asked, leaning against the frame with his hands in his pockets. Rex rolled his eyes as he continued preparing the food, his thoughts on how his brother could be such a prima donna. Rex usually didn’t say anything to the dragons until he could face them directly, since he didn’t have a voice he felt it only respectful that he didn’t turn his back on them while they talked. He carried the food bowls over to the pens, dropped the bowls down on the stone floor outside the gate, and turned to his brother. He signaled to Glohanad’s pen.

“Nah man, you feed him. I’ll take Gleswen.” Angus said, walking over. Again Rex rolled his eyes and crossed to the other gate. He picked up a cleaning brush. He was about to enter, when he snapped his fingers at Angus and pointed to the brush on the other wall.

“I know, I know. They’re water dragons. They are in cleaning pools. Why do we have to bathe them. They can take care of themselves.” Rex just shook his head and opened the gate, kicking the food bowl in with his foot.

'It is a gem.' She flicked her tail to move the gem to where if she wanted she pick it up. It was a orange coloured gem that appeared the radiant with some odd power.

Smaug turned the gem over with a claw. It was an odd jewel, beautiful no doubt, but the radiance it gave off gave Smaug pause. “Where did you get this?” he asked.

Oh, that the fire dragons either have a special organ that holds gases and that they ignite when they are near it's mouth. The other is that they have a special organs one that holds flammable liquid the other is a gas or something that ignites the liquid and turns it into fire.

Those are both possible and good options, though personally when fire is an Element, and the dragons are supposed to be magical, I prefer not giving a scientific reason behind the fire-breath. In D&D they do it where each dragon has an organ near the heart which channels magic into the lungs/gizzard. The type of magic sent to the lungs depends on the type of dragon, so red dragons have fire magic, blue have lightning, black have acid, and so on.

So like a scauldron and any water pokemon. I do have two ideas of how fire dragons breath fire, I think they are a fairly common ideas though.

Yeah, like a Scauldron or a Water Pokemon.

What are your fire ideas?

Anyway the reason I asked about the water breath, is because I was wondering how it work. I thinking of if would either drool on you or spit at you, not like how snake spit venom.

The way I imagine it, and the way I’ve seen it described a few times, is it’s like a firehose. Either the dragon generates the water magically, or it stores it in a special bladder that it can then pump the water out of. But it would be a forceful, continuous stream.

The only reason I picked the enemies with the tornado is because spyro kept attacking the enemy as I was attacking.

Yeah that is the issue with AI sometimes. It doesn’t always work the way you want it to.

Magi is dragons that purely uses magic, however one of the magi dragons is not very good at elemental magi. Oddly enough I didn't really use cynders shadow.

I didn’t either. Like I said I liked picking all the enemies up in a tornado and just whirling them around.

But yeah if they’re purely using magic I would say do something like Spyro’s Convexity/Fury breath, though maybe change the color to match what color Magi is.
