After the first wizarding war, You-Know-Who’s followers are deprived of their magic and obliviated as punishment. Among those exiled are the Malfoys. They live a completely unremarkable life with their only son in the completely unremarkable muggle town of Little Whinging. Until one day, they get a letter that little Draco has been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry… and so has the neighbor kid.
