Today marks six months since /vp/’s absolutely wild journey to discover Finizen’s evo method after SV roms starting circulating the internet prior to their official release. It literally took them 20-something hours and thirteen threads to figure it out - and boy oh boy, was it wild.
It was some of the most fun I’ve ever had on 4chan, so I originally drew this to thank them. Somebody also compiled the events into a music video which you can watch here - but be warned that this is 4chan we’re talking about, so it is filled with derogatory language.
Palafin also ended up being the penultimate new Pokemon in MSP Guy’s Gen IX collab project, so while its thread was a day short of the milestone, the compilation image ended up being posted just in time to celebrate.
I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.
