This is Black Matter You can see from these photos and videos a progression from the prediction drawings through to the mechanism and how it finally came together to make a magnetic drawing machine. The kinetic piece is 3m in diameter and creates a unique magnetite drawing on satin, with each showing of the piece. The outcome depends on the settings of the mechanism and the length of exhibition.
