Starting off the mlp rewrite, the four princesses. Celestia and Luna are the only alicorns, the other princesses are granted halos.

Tia and Luna are born as unicorns, alicorns are still considered a magic anomaly of the highest degree. Celestia and Luna are the only ones who have experienced alicorn transformation. Their wings are larger than the average pegasus, as they dont have pneumatic bones like they do. Their wings have to be bigger in order to get a heavier unicorn body off the ground

Twilight also starts the series as a blank flank, she gains her cutie mark upon interacting with the elements of harmony for the first time. After the mane six interact with the elements of harmony for the first time, they all gradually get extra colors on their bodies/manes. instead of randomly getting rainbow power, it evolves over time

I honestly dont have much in mind for cadance so far, but i really think she deserves more development

big macs name has been changed to butter macintosh because i think she would want to bring their mothers name into the family since they cant exactly be pears n i like to think she favors her momma

Big Macintosh's name is now Butter Macintosh, because i think mac favors her momma and wanted to bring her name to the apple family since they cant exactly be pears haha.

Im still not sure if i want the CMC to actually get their cutie marks, but i do want the CMC to be something that existed in old equestria for the same reason they do now. i feel like the big issue with late show MLP is that they add all of this old equestrian lore at the end with barely anything to base it off (looking directly at the pillars of old equestria) so i want the mane six and cmcs destinies to exist throughout history, but have been lost to time.

And same as with twilight, the Mane six gradually gain rainbow power over time, this is why AJ has more colors

the pegasi redesigns! yap below the cut

As always, the images on the right are their designs after interacting with the elements of harmony.

pegasi are typically thin and light (pneumatic bones) Fluttershy however is 1/4 earth pony (maternal, based on momma shys love for gardening) so she her bones are heavier, and her wings are a bit deformed/did not fully develop. not that it really bothered her to be on the ground. Her wings only allow her to glide at most, or flutter in excitement.

dash on the other hand! shes small and shes fuckin GOING. shes like the most annoying bug ever /pos. most of her flight skill is based on speed, but after joining the wonderbolts she becomes a lot more focused on her overall technique as well as stamina. (i mostly mention stamina because she mentions not having much stamina in rarity investigates) Dash is also my favorite full leg cutie mark, she deserves something fun.
