The end of 2017 brought some new health issues, and I was not getting the care or answers I needed. After a switch to a new and AMAZING doctor (check out Euphora Health, y'all) he put me on Dr. Bernstein's path and 2 weeks in, I am seeing AMAZING results!! HELP! fitspo ppl I want bagel bites and I was shawerma and ughh food!
bagel bites like when I was little I'd get into the car after dance and they'd be there :') or I wanna go to the mall and eat shawerma and falafel with a friend <3 omg I don't like eating as much with my family is that bad like I mean their jaws click and shit and I've always hated there manners sometimes. But I just wanna bond with people and eat massive amounts of AMAZING food like nutella cheesecake which I must try soon! omg unf I am dieting but at the same time I saw that on dr. bernstein I could lose all of my weight in four weeks I've lose 5ish pounds in 4 days but I'm going over my protein on myfitnesspal so like Idk what to do hahah maybe decrease my protein even though at this point its my only vice!?
