Thoughts on Joker/Dread Joker/Grave Joker
Joker was made to access the power of Meteor G. Apparently, it was WAZA that created him, and he’s Transcode 000. However, they were afraid he was too destructive and wanted to put some limits on him. He didn’t like that. Joker came to see his ability to access the Meteor Server as his reason for living and became obsessed with its power, so he defected and joined Dealer, who had no problem letting him run wild. As a part of his obsession with power, he’s the worst kind of Darwinist: the strong survive, and the weak get ANNIHALITED BY DREAD LAZER. He’s a real jerk, but at least they gave him a little character development before having him blow up.
When he fully accesses the Meteor Server, he finalizes into Dread Joker, or Grave Joker in Japan. He looks a lot like Laserman.EXE. And, of course, Red Joker is based on him. He uses Giga Cards in battle (that’s right, GIGA CARDS), so be really careful, alright?

Dealer really is the best villain organization in EXE/SF. Hands down. They're just such a dysfunctional, insane mess 8D
