I was SO down to watch Rick go toe-to-toe with Winslow that moment was so iconic and who doesn't love a sweaty, blood covered Rick Grimes?! Yum. That episode was so good, I'm still dead from all the Richonne loving.

hjbsjbhsj while i was watching it i was like screaming every time he got hurt and i was so Upset when they made him climb up the rope but then later i was lookin at gifsets and 👀 he look good

Rick Grimes, teary eyed thinking that he's just lost Michonne still finds the strength to tell Negan he's going to kill him and that the Saviors are already dead and NOTHING will change that. He's will-power has always amazed me I can't imagine how he hasn't thrown in the towel by now. Also Andy's acting in that scene was absolutely incredible.

He was...is amazing. He wasn’t going to beg, he wasn’t going to hang his head, this wasn’t going to be a repeat of 7x01, that’s what Negan likes and in no way was Rick going to give him the satisfaction. Do what you’re going to do because no matter what you’re still going to fucking lose. The Beast™ came out and it was ready to fight. Andy was perfect, he killed me, that unwavering stare down was insane. I mean he always kills me but I’m over here thinking if the Emmys wouldn’t sue me for trademark/copyright infringement I’d be taking up metal working and making Andy an Emmy myself to bring with me to WSC in October.

Honestly Andy's gray totally works with Rick's character I mean it's been 2 years in the ZA and Rick's been trying to raise his kids, keep his morals (while having to kill people), keep his friends alive AND fight zombies so it makes sense for him to go gray. Poor Rick must be so tense and stressed all the time, well except for after Michonne is done with him.

I'd be looking like Gandalf if I had to deal with the shit he's dealt with. And he wears it well 😛

I remember Danai saying, of her finally becoming romantically involved with Rick that Michonne had loved him for quite a while. What moment do YOU think sealed the deal for her? I'd LOVE to hear your input.

Well I remember Danai said S3 at SDCC last year so who am I to argue with her lol she knows Michonne better than anyone. I didn’t ship them til 4x01 so my brain wasn’t operating on that frequency then. I was too preoccupied with trying to scoop up Rick’s marbles and shove them back in his head to care about where his love life might go(and Lori just died). I mean I’m not so dim that I didn’t register that a bond was forming that was likely going to be very important going forward but I didn’t stick in the romance column. That said I still think it’s hard to point to one exact moment because it was all on the subconscious level for so long. I don’t think there was a “BANG I’m madly in love with this dude now and I know it!” moment. She wasn’t pining away, writing I HEART RICK in her journal, or squealing in secret or anything. What was between them was building and simmering beneath the surface and just became more and more obvious(if you weren’t blind) as we moved through seasons 4-6(David/Betsy being the fucking bullhorn and flashing siren) Like Gimple said during 6x10 is when they were finally able to realize what was there once the world stopped clawing at them for 12 seconds. But if we look at S3 two incredibly defining moments from that really stick out to me are the end of 3x12 with the I See Dead People talk and the “Must’ve been somethin’ else then” exchange in 3x16. 3x16 is a moment where I think she really got a true picture of the sort of man he was and I wouldn’t be surprised if her subconscious was like “Girl, that dude right there. Him.” Then you look ahead and they’re closer in 4A, and then by 4B I’m sure Michonne’s heart was screaming at her but her brain and the world were like “can u hush thx.” My thoughts are all over the place but like I said I think it’s difficult to concretely pin down an exact moment AH-HA! moment, if you will, because it’s not something she was cognizant of until she was.
