Oof this one is tricky. My first instinct was Cross My Mind by A R I Z O N A, but I also really adore Queen’s Hammer To Fall and Jealousy.

4. Favorite solo

This is also a hard one. I’ve been learning El Canto del Loco’s Contigo, which is super fun, but I really wish I could play any solo of Brian May’s.

11. Favorite guitarist

To be completely honest, I don’t know if I have one?? I definitely admire Brian May, but I spend more time trying to learn songs that I enjoy by different artists than just extensively listening to one guitarist.

Same as above, not sure I have one.

i have like the BEST memory with “break the ice”—before the start of my senior year of college, i was a captain for a pre-orientation program that’s geared towards social justice and community work (BESIDES MY BEST FRIENDS IT WAS THE BEST THING ABOUT MY COLLEGE EXPERIENCE I LOVE IT SM), and i was co-captain for icebreakers and reflections (WITH MY BUD GABRIELA WHO ALSO LOVES CHARLI AND BRITNEY AND ‘BLACKOUT’ WOW JUST THE FUCKIN BEST <3)!!  

it was the first day of the program and ofc the first years were nervous and excited and awkward and uncertain, so to make them more at ease, i grabbed a bluetooth speaker and started BLASTING break the ice and carried around the bluetooth speaker, sing-screaming and dancing and leading the first years and my fellow captains and assistants outside to the field to start the icebreaker games.  i thought i was so clever (cause i was and i am heheh) and i could tell how happy everyone was, smiling and tension relaxing in their shoulders bc this person in her final year of college is being an absolute goof and having the best time doing it???  okay then maybe i can do this too!!

so not only is break the ice a BANGER, it holds a very special place in my heart.  <3
