“ YOUR MIDDLE NAME’S Winston, then, eh? Like . . . Churchill, Winston, like, yeah? -- I think it’s pretty cool, y’know, mine’s me bloody first name, y’know, and James is m’first, actually . . . ”

URL MEME || Note that my answers are based on existing threads and me reading on some posts of them that I see. Also, no favoritism! I love them both so damn much T_T
My Opinion on;
Character in general: John Lennon? Must be a really great guy if that guy, Paul McCartney, is madly in love with him.
How they play them: dreamcrboy
Oh gosh, where do I begin? I have kept such a distance on this blog that before I ever had the balls to follow them, I literally had their page bookmarked on the bar and subbed to that ‘get notification’ icon as soon as I was able to follow them.
If you want to get into John’s head in all its labyrinthine twists and turns, this is the blog for you. Every single response they’ve put out is such a wonder, that I am legit starstruck over them. Their vocabulary is profound – fitting and the way they put things in perspective, you get that feel as if you’re sitting right next to John while he interacts with your muse.
The effort they put into writing in John’s manner of speaking is just absolutely divine. Most importantly, I like how John’s angst and conflict reminds me of how canon our current thread is. I am reminded of how much of witty, sexy, enchanting, complicated, proud, and intricate John is.
I feel like I’m writing with a dangerous John here and I am far from complaining. There is so much suspense that I think about this A LOT.
How they play them: lennonthegreat
Of all the threads, asks, and any form of interaction with this John Lennon, we have enjoyed them to bits. I cannot stress how much it’s always a treat to see him on my dashboard, get any form of activity notification from them because I know it’ll crack me the fuck up.
I swear to all things sacred, Ace has mastered Lennon’s sass and wit that this is like a reenactment of every John Lennon / Beatles interview where he completely destroys people in such a compellingly, amusing way.
Apart from that, I admire how John’s soft side is given light specially on our thread with young David. We’d talk on chat about how the thread would go and it’s fun to see and chat with a writer who loves both their muses’ flaws, insecurities and inner self without breaking the image they’ve created. How they keep a tough act as Teddy boy Lennon and still low - key looking out for my muse while asking him to wank behind a bush on Mimi’s lawn. Aren’t they the greatest?
The Mun: dreamcrboy
Such a dream! I wish they’d be on more, but I get their busy schedule. I often feel intimidated by them because they’re such a big blog writing with evenly bigger blogs and I’m just teeny, tiny, here trying to get as much as I can without annoying them or something. But I know they’re really nice because they’re not like one of those super elite blogs that are so transactional. You are loved.
The Mun: lennonthegreat
I’m tearing up at this point because I wish you’d come back and I’m so ready to fight people who made you leave in the first place. Of all the Lennon’s I’ve written with, you were the most next to my original Lennon bae, How-I-Won-The-War. You excite me with how you show so much enthusiasm when we write; how you’re so open to my ideas and sharing your own, how it’s so easy to build chemistry with our muses and fun our threads are. How there’s never a dull moment without you or your muse. You are loved.
Do I:
RP with them: Both, yes.
Want to RP with them: Both, yes.
What is my;
Overall Opinion: dreamcrboy
High quality John Lennon rp blog that will get you into John’s mind and all things real.
Overall Opinion: lennonthegreat
Also high quality John Lennon rp blog that will make your day the brightest.

she knows exactly who this man is, and how could she not? he's everywhere - newspapers, television, etc. so when she gets the chance to approach him & introduce herself in this boring event, it's only normal she would take it. the date she has come here with is now long forgotten as she makes her way to the musician after telling him she would be 'back in a second' which, if this meeting goes well, wouldn't be truth at all. ' excuse me - ' she taps his shoulder once to get his attention, the most charming smile already on her face. ' are you john lennon? '

PAUL’S EYES SHIFTED, he didn’t like seeing John like this. Never. Not once. Be it before flashing cameras or in the privacy of their own little hotel room, Paul knew when John was not in his right. And right now, he felt the energy coursing through John Lennon’s being that made it feel as if any moment he may burst at the seams and collapse into a heap. Paul would be there, however, if that were the case to happen. He would always be there.
“ No, this isn’t talkin’ t’the press n’ th’fans . . . this is talkin’ t’ME, John. There’s a difference. Isn’t there? ”
the apartment
It felt like the start of a new circle. A year ago, it would never have crossed Cynthia’s mind to own a little art shop of her own, largely due to the fact that the project was too expensive for her to risk investing in it on her own, but as her roomate leaped at the idea, they both had decided to save as much money as they could and though that meant an entire year of cheap wine served to her friends when they came to her apartment, Cynthia felt positive that the store would give her some stability in her life. Of course, there was still a long way to go. The place still needed reformation, decorating, and most importantly, the art. The walls were plain white, the floor still in desperate need of sweeping, as Cyn’s sneezes often reminded her, but in her mind it was fair of them to celebrate taking the first step, which seemed the most difficult one. Besides, they were much too young to be bothered by the dust or the lack of decoration. For them, it was a party. As there was no furniture, the boys had placed a carpet in the middle of the room for everyone to sit on. She and Pattie had prepared snacks and the boys had been in charge of the wine this time, which Cynthia only pretended to drink that night.
As the oldest of them, she took to herself the role of being the host: Most of the times it was she who went to another room to get another bottle of wine or another tray with appetizers. It didn’t bother her, although Pattie should be sharing the job with her as the co-owner of the store, but she seemed to involved in a debate she and George were having about brands of cars that sounded too dull for Cynthia to pay much attention. A few steps away from them, the others formed a circle in amused conversation. Paul and Ringo had brought new dates whose names now escaped her mind, and John as usual seemed to be telling the most absurd jokes to the boys by the way they laughed loudly while the girls that accompanied them merely snickered quietly. Approaching them, she handed the bottle of wine she had went to get to Paul, before she leaned close to John, touching his shoulder and whispering in his ear. ‘Would you meet me outside for a cigarette?’, Cynthia asked, and before his answer she grabbed her coat and went outside.
It was a signal. She always said that when she wanted to talk to him in private without being indiscreet. Besides, everyone else was smoking indoors anyway. Shortly afterwards, he followed her, and before he could say something, Cynthia started. ‘This store is a big step, isn’t it? And everyone is so happy about it. When I think about it… It’s, ah… Taking responsibility for things. One does feel very grown up, don’t you think?’. She was purposefully beating around the bush. She didn’t know exactly how she was going to say this to John, especially in a moment in life where she had just invested most of her money in an art store and he didn’t exactly have a proper job. ‘I’m sorry… I guess this could wait until later, but I can’t. We’re having a baby.’
