Arianna tried to still her racing heart, a blonde haired, green eyed child, six years old to the day, here in the palace! The captain said she'd been found all alone in a hidden tower of all things, and was probably frightened half to death.

Smoothing her skirts, Arianna tried to collect herself before entering the room where the guards were keeping the girl.

Upon stepping inside, Arianna was confused, there was no one there but Stan the guard. But then he silently gestured to a table with his head. Arianna knelt, her breath hitching at the sight of the child.

"Hello, Precious."

Okay. I love  everything  about them. I love that their relationship wasn’t originally planned out by us, but then he flirted with her  one ( 1 )  time and then everything just fell into place. And I mean he didn’t fall right away but when he did,  wow  he fell  hard.  And he didn’t even realize  how  hard he fell until he turned to her one day and  everything  about her seemed to change right before him. he saw her in a  new light,  and he  knew  he was in  trouble  then. I love that they bonded over the  stars  during their very first meeting―something that meant a lot to them both when they were younger. I love that he’s here all about  responsibility  and about  being king,  and then she enters his life, and suddenly he’s  sneaking  out early from balls,  pushing  off meetings, going out of his way just to see her. I love that she makes him nervous ( in a good way. always a good way. ), and he never thought that he’d meet someone who would make him nervous. I love that he  loves  her, and that his smile is never wider than when he’s at her side. She is his starry sky―the thing he loves most.
