I know that feel. I'm trying burlesque to help my body image issues and its sort of helping (some days are better than others) and if you need some words of encouragement or help figuring out coping mechanisms for the bad days, let me know :)

I love you lots, and I hit this sam wall a few times. I gave Estefania my "body time" the other day, it has worked for me, not sure how effective it is for other people. Basically I carve an hour to do whatever the hell physical activity my body wants to for an hour. Dancing in my underwear, taking a run/walk, YouTube yoga, massaging myself, squats, whatever. So instead of a plan, I focus on listening to how my body wants to move, esp when things hurt. Hope this helps.
It might. Right now I feel like that time needs to be spent job searching otherwise i feel guilty and anxious and i’m trying to break that
