Hello, I just wanted to say that I absolutely adore how you draw ink!

Also, in a post about PaleDream, you mentioned there was a power imbalance. As Pale is immune to Dreams Aura, I would like to ask, where is the power imbalance? I am sorry if this comes across as rude or anything similar!

paledream for me is more of a relationship formed from a slightly altered canon derivative :p basically an au

something like what if pale wasn't immune or something happened to him that made him vulnerable to dream's powers?

even for a moment, if he feels dream's aura, he might grow reliant on it because it's such a pleasant feeling

and dream, at first, is deeply uncomfortable with that. he feels like pale only follows him around for his energy and reminds him a lot of the villagers

but considering pale's nature, he listens. and sometimes dream slips up and says something about himself he didn't want to say or shouldn't have.

pale listens, and listens, and listens.

he's the only one who's ever listened to dream this much before.

and maybe dream gets attached to that. maybe dream starts liking that. maybe they start growing codependent with one another.

maybe dream starts allowing his positive energy to attract pale closer to him.

it's taking advantage of pale, it's bad, and it's toxic.

and knowing how powerful a version of ink could be, nightmare tells pale about this.

pale gets upset, rightfully so, because even if nightmare is the way he is, dream can't just do that to him.

dream obviously doesn't know what to do.

now the entire multiverse is in danger just because dream wanted pale to listen to him and his problems forever. just because dream used his powers to keep pale attached to him. just because dream felt that close with someone for the first time in centuries.

anyway! yeah! it's rough and they're rough. i love them and that's how they work for me
