any idea on how to fix slime i put too much borax in? its kinda got a hard gelatin consistency and i want it to be slimey but not sticky ya feel?

I’ve heard that if you let it sit for a couple weeks it’ll start to get less crunchy and more goopy! I’ve got 3 batches sitting around that I’m waiting on to see if that’s true or not, but I don’t think it’s been long enough to say for sure, so I we’ll see I guess lol ^^; (They’re a little softer than they used to be though, so that’s a good sign!!)

I’ve also been told that mixing some water into it can loosen it back up into more of a slime consistency! I haven’t tried that myself yet, but I’ve seen a couple other people try it, and it helps a lot! You might still need to let it sit for a while after that too though, but probably not for as long!

I didn’t expect people to say a toddler was smarter than me after it’s been pretty much obvious (including revealing it several times) that this was a ruse. I respect the people who responded near the beginning; they had little information and it could be mistaken as some idiocy.

To clarify, a keystone isn’t irreplaceable. What I never mentioned was that by the time it gets replaced the architecture has probably already fallen or is in a very unstable situation. However, keystone species are a lot harder to replace than a keystone for, say, an archway, to the point where the damage can be too heavy to deal with in a couple of generations.
