Thinking about how Zoey 'made' Lia into the IT girl and how Drew 'made' Jake. And I have ideas for how it might have gone down.

Lia had Hailey before Zoey. I imagine Zoey slowly chipping away at that friendship, bit by bit, slowly easing what made Lia the girl Hailey knew.

Jake, on the other hand, didn't have friends (we don't know what his relationship with Max was as of yet). Drew had a blank slate, a 'loser' that would be so easy to mold into the cool, flirty boy Jake is by the time of the actual series. It was much quicker that Zoey with Lia, even more so with Jake being desperate to avoid being the 'Music Freak' again.

I also believe that, whether consciously or not, Drew was inspired by what Zoey did with Lia. He saw what she made Lia into, and thought he could do that to Jake.

This is all just Headcanons and my spefic interpretation of events, but i wanted to share my thoughts.

Is it just me or was drew more upset over Jake hiding he fact that Zoey was cheating in him rather than... Zoey cheating on him
