Ladies and gentlemen, here is the final results of my collaboration painting with @drewbrophy !! I’ve known Drew’s artwork ever since I was a surfer teen in Peru in the early 90’s. So painting this @lostsurfboards board with @poscaoficial pens was a dream come true! It was also a pleasure to have a few deep conversations with him and I think our art styles mixed well too! We came out with these Sherpa Fleece blankets last year with Drew’s art on them. When he was in the hospital we always had one of his blankets on his hospital bed to make it feel more like home. I never thought these blankets would be so loved by so many! But they are - we get many orders for two and three at a time. New Drop! TUBE RACING 🌊 I painted the original Tube Racing painting 20 years ago for my first art show in a gallery in Laguna Beach, California. 🌴🌴🌴 When I did the sketches for this painting, I wanted a cool layout of 2 giant tidal wave tubes, racing towards the sun. And Tube Racing is what came from it. The original painting sold in early 2000's. I have a stack of these vintage lithograph paper prints left, that I kept safe in storage.
