Vanessa couldn’t get off her feet enough. After waking her brother to keep an ear out for Rocky, Vanessa had the uber ready and rushing towards Drew’s side. “He better be dead.... Or I’m gonna kill him,” Vanessa mumbled more to herself. She couldn’t lose her best friend. There was so much lost going on in her life, she couldn’t lose Drew too. He was one of the few people, aka one of the two, she still had her faith in. “Andrew Torres?” she asked once reaching the nurse. Vanessa didn’t even wait for the words, just automatically following her gestures. “Andrew Torres do not make me goo full mom mode on you,” she spoke inching closer to the bed her best friend laid in.
