Food Art Quickies: Copra (Dried Coconut Kernel)

Coconut in 4 parts:

Husk(hairy/green bits), Shell (hard bit), Flesh/Meat (white edible bits) & CocoWater. Copra is the sun-dried/smoked mature coconut kernel (shell+meat) after it's been split & the CocoWater taken out. Used in the production of coconut milk & oil.

Just felt like drawing this after finding out that Coconut Oil is actually 90% saturated fat and is really bad for your cholesterol.
