finished up some dried rouen mix duck wings for a client this week! they were free-range on my farm so their wings aren’t pristine, but they still turned out beautifully (at least in my opinion.)

male ring-necked pheasant i found both of these in a fox den near my grandma's house i took a wing from each and three feet and left the rest for the foxes
