I don't know why I want more of them when they don't even look at each other. They only acknowledge each other when following Optimus' orders and Windblade has 0 chemistry with him.

But I keep making up scenarios that just make sense even when they don't.

Drift being a stoic after changing sides is an aspect I don't think gets touched on enough. He can laugh, and crack a joke. He has very personal, rarely shared, feelings and never shows emotion. But he can slip up. And I think Windblade would be the one to get him to crack.

Mature, a warrior, regal and confident. I think these would be attractive qualities more than just looks. But I think he would find her insanely beautiful in a decepticon way. He would see a lethal comrade and that in itself would be a major attraction for him. He denies his past but it will always come back and influence how he keeps going.

Windblade on the other hand would never consider him as a romantic partner but wouldn't say no either. Mostly because she too respects confidence, control, and manners. She thinks Sideswipe is cute and likes to be around Strongarm, but they're both young and have more than plenty of opportunities to get on her nerves for something immature.

Drift's a dad with two sons (who are former criminals and probably 100 years old but hey who counted)

I think he'd be a pleasant surprise as I don't see her approaching him- but he would approach her once he was comfortable enough to do so.
