The drifter seems like one of those *doesn't talk to you* *brings you a crate full of your favorite fruit bc you mentioned it once a month ago*dad type characters

Drifter getting extremely confused about Eris’ pineapple fiasco and the hilarity surrounding his confusion with the nicknames she called him (which he then went and had to look up the definitions) just proves that this man could know next to nothing about something but he will hold onto it forever.

Headcannon: Since Drifter is now the only person down in the Annex, on more quieter days in the Tower, as your guardian heads down to his location would they hear the Drifter sing. Most times his singing is a bit mumbled, dry sounding and the notes are a bit all over the place. But on rare occasions, your Guardian would hear him sing softly to himself, surprisingly really good. Keeps in tune, has strong control. His singing reflects more on where his mind’s at.

Drifter Headcanon that he has dyslexia, which is why he’s good at math but has trouble with written stuff

I love this SO much!! And he goes out of his way to try and read some books to understand Eris’s lingo a bit more, but he also helps and double checks Osiris’ sundial calculations by hand.

He cares about people a lot and wants to learn from them, but also use his strengths to help others ? I just love him 🥺
