Any creature that’s entering the battlefield from anywhere other than the stack will be exiled. This includes tokens and creatures entering the battlefield directly from the hand, graveyard, library, exile, or command zone.

Hi! if I use Turn to Frog or Polymorphist's Jest or Omnibian to turn my opponents creature(s) into a frog then send it back to there hand does it get destroyed in the way a token would or it go back to there hand?
No. Tokens cease to exist in non-battlefield zones because they’re not cards. Nothing can make a card not a card.
Also, the effects of Polymorphist’s Jest/Turn to Frog/Omnibian cease to apply as soon as the creature changes zones.
For the MHzine the limit is 2 entries or is it a 2 page limit because I was thinking of doing a comic...?
