1.0 oz sweet vermouth

1.0 oz passionfruit syrup

0.5 oz fresh lime juice

Shake in a cocktail shaker and serve in a chilled glass with ice.

2 oz gin

0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

4 oz COLD Rooibos Tea

1 dash honey (to taste)

Shake with ice, serve in an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish: lemon peel. 🍋 🥃 🇿🇦 🍯
