Senses.
Roach has average eyesight and slightly above-average hearing. He likes to think that he has superhuman scent sensing because he can supposedly smell his mom's "world famous" apple pie from twenty blocks away, but he's really full of it.
He lost some feeling in his left foot/lower leg from scar tissue after a frag grenade accident, but it is still operational enough for him to walk/run/do whatever he needs to do.
Music.
Gentaro actually has pretty good music taste, but most of them are English bands and he. Cannot speak English. At all. So it's awful to listen to him lmfao
He grew up in a household where one parent speaks six languages and likes music from all over the world, so he knows random shit about South American folk music? But his mainstream tastes are mostly American punk bands. And the Rolling Stones, because their songs are what he's been keeping up his guitar skills on after that time they fought the mind-controlling musician Zodiart.
His favorite Japanese band is this one, and that's 150% because Ichijou and his Grandpa like them. He does like other Japanese rock bands that are fairly mainstream (MONGOL800 most prominently) , but he's going to warble out the Stones before any of that.
