I am an ANARCHIST. I don't believe in STATES. Even when that State is for my own people, I don't want it. State violence has often targeted my people insanely harshly. Why would I want to recreate the thing that has murdered us for ages just because it's for us this time?

and more importantly

there is in fact a genocide in Gaza. If you deny that, get off my blog.

Ultimately what I dream of is for Palestinians and Jews to be able to co-exist. I think it's possible even if it is a long way off. But at the end of the day: I am still an opponent of the Israeli State.

I *used* to be a Zionist. and then after learning more and educating myself a bit, I left that movement and am no longer a Zionist.

So uh to anyone who thought I was a Zionist nooooooo NOOOOOO NO NO NO. I am not a Zionist. Do *not* confuse me with them. Just because I adore that land and the rich history my people have there does not mean I support some State that happens to be there. Fuck off with that.

Oh and to the dude calling me antisemitic slurs (like the K-Slur and calling me a "Small Hat") in my DMs and trying to hide behind your "anti-zionist" beliefs when I called you out on it: You are not an ally to Palestine. i’m a lil nervous about going kosher because that means i have to give up shellfish like shrimps and crab

i’m not sure if i am gonna switch to kosher yet because i can barely afford food of my own and i go out a lot but i’m thinking of what i can replace pork with and how to slowly ease myself into kosher

i know it’s very important for judiasm because i’m reclaiming my culture after being raised like i’m WASP

any advice?
