Alright I’ve been shitty

Here’s an apology.

I’ve had a shitty time with school and family, and with this last round of shit I decided I’d finally get back on track with posting.

I’ve been using Vulcan since ending that stupid Skinny coffee. Here’s the low down:

Skinny coffee sucks. The entire 27 days I used it (including their “weight loss espresso”) I lost 0.8lbs. Not even a full pound. Its a scam, don’t waste your time.

VULCAN. Holy crap Vulcan has been good to me!

Weight down: 4.2lbs

Inches down (all over body) : 12

I’ve lost a dress size.

A dress size

You read that correctly. It’s been about a month and a half on Vulcan, with the first two weeks using half the recommended dose. I ordered in more of Vulcan and Unico’s protein powder.

Have I been disappointed? Yes. The scale isn’t drastically dropping. BUT. My body is changing drastically. My body fat % is down, my lean muscle mass is up, and my body feels GOOD. I bought a bikini for the summer, my first bikini in almost 4 years (when I had a rocking body before pregnancy) and overall my body just feels good.

I’ve had days where I don’t eat so well, and I have days where I don’t eat at all or eat phenomenally. I’m taking it one day at a time.

But if you want to invest your money, invest it in Vulcan. It works. It continues to work.
